Starting from December 1, 2023, ROOTS is launching a loyalty points program to thank our valued Customers.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The ROOTS loyalty points program rewards members for in-store purchases at ROOTS | Organic Store and Juice Bar. Earn points with each transaction and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.

HOW TO SIGN UP

• Sign up by providing your name, phone number, email, and address at the checkout counter. Our staff will assist you. 
• Your account will be activated within three business days, and points will start accumulating from your next purchase.
• Each phone number can be linked to only one membership account.
• When making a payment in-store, simply provide your phone number to the cashier. Your points will be automatically updated upon successful transaction,

POINTS ACCUMULATION

• Earn 1 point for every 10,000 VND spent.
• Points are calculated on the final transaction value after discounts.
• Points can be used with other promotions.
• If using gift cards or points for payment, points are earned on the remaining balance.
• Points are rounded down to the nearest unit for non-multiples of 10,000 VND.
  • Example:

80,750 VND = 8 points;

35,330 VND = 3 points.

• Accumulate 100 points (1,000,000 VND in sales) to receive a 30,000 VND credit for future purchases.

POINT USAGE POLICY

• Use accumulated points to offset purchase costs.
• Benefits apply only to the member when making in-store purchases. Please present your membership card at checkout.
• Kindly provide complete information (name, phone number, email, and address) for better service. Incomplete information may result in refusal of member benefits.

DATA USE AND CONFIDENTIALITY

• ROOTS may use your registration information and purchase history for customer care, statistics, and program management.
• All personal data will be kept confidential and used solely for the program.

AGREEMENT AND CHANGES

• By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions of the program. 
• ROOTS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. Any changes will be announced at the store at least 10 days prior to taking effect.
