Delivery Service

 1. General rules:

a. For commodities requiring special storage and preservation conditions, delivery is available only within Ho Chi Minh City;

b. Not applicable to bulk purchases.

 2. Delivery within a 3km radius:

a. Free delivery for every order from 300,000 VND.

b. GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 02 HOURS upon order confirmation. Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 4:30 pm.

c. For orders under 300,000 VND, the delivery fee will be the Grab delivery service fee.

 3. Delivery within a 5km radius:

a. Free delivery for every order from 500,000 VND.

b. GOODS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 02 HOURS upon order confirmation. Same-day delivery orders must be placed before 4:30 pm.

c. For orders under 500,000 VND, the delivery fee will be the Grab delivery service fee.

4. Delivery to farther locations within Ho Chi Minh City and outside Ho Chi Minh City:

a. For all orders, the delivery fee will be based on the third-party courier's delivery service fee.

b. To maintain food safety and hygiene, ROOTS does not deliver fresh foods, chilled & frozen foods to locations outside Ho Chi Minh City.
