Delivery Policy

1. General Policy:

a. Not applicable to groups of goods preserved in special conditions;

b. Not applicable for bulk orders (wholesale orders).

2. Delivery within Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and Binh Thanh District (Ho Chi Minh City):

a. Free delivery for all orders from 500,000 VND.

b. DELIVERY TIME WITHIN 02 HOURS since Roots confirmed the order, provided that the order is placed by 16:00 every day.

c. Delivery fee for orders under 500,000 VND: 30,000 VND.

3. Delivery to other regions (not mentioned in item 2):

a. Free delivery for all orders from 1,000,000 VND.

b. Delivery fee for orders under 1,000,000 VND: 50,000 VND.

c. With the desire to ensure food quality & safety, Roots does not accept fresh & frozen deliveries to these areas.
